Project Estimates Worksheet
The Project Estimates Worksheet report provides details regarding project estimate dates and hours as well as budget and actual amounts to help you keep projects on track. Managers can use this report to review project planned versus actual dates and hours for clients. This report can also include estimates.
Permissions Required for this Report
In the staff profile, staff must be assigned to a security group that is granted View functional rights for the following:
- Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Shared Library > Shared Views
- Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > Custom
- Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > Standard > Firm
- Security group profile > Functional rights > Reports > Firm Library > <report name>
- Security group profile > Functional rights > Administration Manager > Client Manager > Client profile
Reports in Foundation that are Comparable
In Practice Management, the comparable report is Project Estimates Worksheet. In Practice Advantage, the comparable report is Task Scheduling.

Actual Start |
The date the project or workstep actually started. |
Planned Start |
The planned start date of a project or workstep. |
Actual Finish |
The actual finish date of a project or workstep. |
Planned Finish |
The planned finish date of a project or workstep. |
Actual Amounts | The WIP amount worked on the project or workstep. |
Actual Hours |
The number of hours actually worked on a project or workstep. |
Last Entry Date |
The date of the last entry in the project or workstep. |
Milestone Date |
The milestone date that you selected in the options and settings area in the report options for the project. |
Budget Amounts | The budgeted amount for the project or workstep. |
Budget Hours |
The budgeted number of hours for the project or workstep. |
% Compt per Budget |
The actual hours divided by budget hours. |
